Disneyland is a wonderful place to go with friends and family. There are a lot of different rides for all types of people, for those that are more daring and those that aren't, and everyone can enjoy themselves. Being someone that does suffer from motion sickness, I'm still able to go on a bunch of the rides and have a great time at the park.
One negative thing about Disneyland is definitely the prices. For one tickets are really expensive when compared to other theme parks. In addition, food at the park is expensive and you definitely don't get what you pay for when it comes to the taste and quality of food. My recommendation would be to bring your own food to the park if you can.
Another negative about Disneyland is wait times. Without a fast pass for rides you are definitely going to spend more time in lines than actually on rides at Disneyland, so I recommend that you definitely purchase that when you get your tickets to take the most advantage out of the park.
The big plus about Disneyland is the new Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. I love the detail and attention that they put into this new area of the part. You definitely feel immersed into the Star Wars universe and I can't wait to go back to ride Rise of the Resistance once it launches at Disneyland. I also want to create my own droid at some point as long as they include the new droid from Star Wars Fallen Order. Star Wars Galaxy's Edge is definitely my favorite part of the park and I can't wait to go back.
And I can't wait for Marvel Land to open at California Adventure.
Disneyland is a great park and would love to go more often, if I lived closer.
